1. Bacon and Egg Breakfast Nachos
I’m a nacho kind of girl, but I also try to follow an inexpensive, high protein diet. This means that eggs are on my menu a lot, but traditional nachos are not.

Spinach is something we should all try to fit into our diets if at all possible because of all of the awesome vitamins and nutrients it contains.

Then to up the protein, they stuff boiled eggs with the tuna salad. It gives a little different twist to what we traditionally know as deviled eggs.
9. Jack and Green Chile Egg Puff
This egg puff looks so amazing. It is something similar to an egg frittata, but yet it is said to have a much lighter texture.
However, it requires only a few basic ingredients and looks very easy to whip together. So the next time you want something a little different, give this recipe a try.

My husband is a pickled egg fanatic. When we moved to our new home, the neighbors brought some over, and they’ve been the best of buds ever since.

At first, I thought this was kind of a weird recipe for eggs. But after I dug a little deeper and saw the process, I quickly became impressed and thought how delicious they looked.

23. Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Pizza
My kids saw this recipe, the word pizza, and immediately started begging for it. If you have kids that are a little on the picky side, you may be able to get some different food items into their bellies by turning it into a ‘pizza.’
